How to Use Matcha No.2:
Traditional Tea: Whisk 1 teaspoon of Matcha No.2 powder with 2-3 ounces of hot water (not boiling, 80C) until frothy. For best results, use a whisk and bowl.
Lattes: Mix 1 teaspoon of matcha with a small amount of hot (not boiling, 80C) water and whisk until the green foam forms. Add steamed milk or a milk alternative and sweeten to taste. This creates a creamy, invigorating matcha latte.
Smoothies & Recipes: Add a teaspoon of Matcha No.2 to your favourite matcha smoothie or recipe for a nutritious boost. It blends seamlessly into both sweet and savoury dishes.
